Marathon—still the leading whitefly control product

Now in its 13th season,Marathon, with active ingredient imidacloprid, remains the top-selling and most effective whitefly control product in the production ornamental market.

As the cornerstone of most poinsettia whitefly control programs, a Marathon drench application gives 8-10 weeks control of whiteflies and other sucking insects.

Growers may choose to use other products before or after their Marathon application to keep whitefly populations low. Among the OHP Inc. whitefly control products to use early or late in the poinsettia crop:
