OHP forms partnership with Arysta LifeScience Corp.

OHP, Inc., announces today that it has entered into an exclusive marketing partnership with Arysta LifeScience North America LLC.

OHP will be the exclusive marketer of Veranda® O fungicide and Shuttle® O miticide into the greenhouse and nursery markets, according to the terms of the agreement, effective July 14, 2008. In addition, OHP will market the new fungicide Disarm® upon EPA registration of the ornamental label, according to Dan Stahl, OHP vice president of marketing and business development. Registration is expected before year end, 2008.

We anticipate that, OHP will be an exclusive marketer of future Arysta LifeScience products introduced to the horticultural market, says Stahl. Arysta LifeScience, based in Cary, NC, develops and markets quality market-driven, cost effective products to crop protection markets. Steve Dal Sasso, business manager for Arysta LifeScience notes OHP’s strong marketing and sales leadership position in the production ornamentals market was a major factor in the marketing arrangement. “OHP continues to distinquish themselves as a leader in the greenhouse and nursery business,” says Dal Sasso.
